The location was excellent. I found Aldgate station quite close. The room was spacious. I discovered that the staff was helpful with directions, and the breakfast offered a good range of options.
The shower controls were wrongly labelled, confusing at first.

The staff assisted with directions to local attractions. They ensured I knew the quickest routes to the Tower. They also provided guidance regarding local dining, and I found them very kind.

Excellent Stay at a Convenient Location

The staff were polite and provided a warm greeting upon arrival. The rooms offer generous space, uncommon. Gregorio helped organize my wife's birthday surprise. It was thoughtful. I liked the complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies in the room.
I had to carry my luggage after a long flight, and there was no concierge present to assist me.

average experience with a poorly designed bathroom
bad bathroom design small sink
the location was convenient, near the tube and tower.
the bathroom design was bad and i was not happy. the barn-style sliding door offered no privacy. the toilet was inches from the small sink and the sink didn't drain properly so i felt not clean at all.
